Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
On Domestic orders:
1- Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery of product.
2- At Label Purkhin, there are “No Cash Refund” and refund is only in the form of store credit voucher, which can be redeemed within 30 days of issue date.
3- Orders placed during sale or any promotions are not eligible for return/refund or cancellation.
4- Any packages which are unsealed or damaged packaging should not be accepted. If accepted, it’s not eligible for return/refund.
5- Product is eligible for return only if its price tag is not removed, its unused and unwashed.
6- All returned items should be returned with original packing, packed properly and handed over to courier person.
7- Return logistic charges will be borne by customer.
8- After receiving, returned products are checked by our in-house QC team and refund status will be informed within 3-4 working days.
9- To raise a return request, click on “Request Return” option on the footer section of our website. Enter your details as asked to proceed.
10- It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in such rare scenario we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same.
11- In case of damaged product refund/exchange is eligible only when products is accompanied with package opening videos. This can be mailed to us on info@labelpurkhin.com, or Whatsapp at +91 9694124000.
12- Label Purkhin, reserves the right to exchange on availability of product. In such cases, customer is issued store credit to buy another product.
13- Exchange cannot be entertained due to slight (10-15%) colour variations, which is due to screen resolutions/ lighting.
14- Label Purkhin mentions product description in detail and use quality material and processes, we urge customers to read all the details before placing order. In event of not liking color or material of the product, we would be bound to refuse to entertain exchange requests.
15- Exchange returns are not accepted in case of change in need and mood of the customers after placing order.
On International orders:
- No exchange and returns are applicable on International orders.
Cancellation POLICY:
On Domestic orders:
1- Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped.
2- Cancellation requests can be placed by sending an email to info@labelpurkhin.com
3- For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed if cancellation is done within 24 hrs of the order. The refund will be done in the same account or mode from which payment is done.
